The Stade de France is located in Paris, France and is home to the French National rugby team, French National football team along with Stade Français and Racing 92 for some games. The ground has a capacity of 80,698 which opened in 1998 at a cost of £250 million. Further redevelopments saw the inclusion of big screens in 2006 which can be used for replays.

History
The 2007 Rugby World Cup was held in France as the Stade de France held 7 matches including the final which was saw South Africa beat England 15-6. France, Argentina, Ireland and Scotland all played at the ground during the tournament in group, quarterfinal and semifinal games.
In 1998, France held the FIFA World Cup as Brazil, Scotland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Austria, Romania, Tunisia, Nigeria, Denmark, Croatia and France all played games at the Stade de France. The final saw France vs Brazil take place in a sold-out ground with France winning 3-0.
The 2003 Confederations Cup and 2016 European Championships also had games played at the Stade de France including both finals. The Confederations Cup saw four pool games along with a semifinal and then a final where France beat Cameroon 1-0 after extra time.
In 2016, Portugal beat France after extra time in the UEFA European Championships final following 6 earlier matches in the competition. Lille played their home matches in the Champions League and UEFA Cup in the 2005/06 season. The ground has held two Champions League finals in both 2000 and 2006 with Real Madrid and Barcelona winning the titles on each occasion respectively.
